It was diagnosed as memory and gpu failure. Gpu was bought used, but looked perfectly good for us (1 year old and it looks like its just been pulled from another working card). In repair process we were hoping 1.5V will appear after memory removal, but eventually ended up replacing driver too. After finishing work card was giving artifacts. First my suspicious lay on memory, but after once again memory reball card was doing same thing.
